What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship our products through DHL, UPS, FedEx, and SF EXPRESS delivery services. We can also ship your product via any other service as per your requirement.

What’s the Shipping Warranty?

We buy an insurance for the product during shipping. If lost on the way, insurance will pay the compensation.

What’s the Product Quality Warranty?

We sell our brand new products with no quality issues from our inventory. In case, where the requested product is not available due to shortage or End of Life (EoL) issues, we can still get those parts sourced from second-hand or refurbished parts market. Customers are told the exact condition of these parts by carrying out rigorous fitness test of such parts. We make sure to let customers know the exact quality of these parts before shipping.

Do I Need an Account To Place Order?

No, you can buy even without registering an account.

How to Pay?

We accept T/T to our company account, Western Union and Paypal payment methods.

How to choose part number?

Please search our wesbite www.fengyunelectronics.com  for your required part number in our inventory. if its not there, please send us an email request at [email protected], about the part number you are searching for. We will find a replacement for you or check our updated inventory system to quote price and lead time.

Do u provide BOM quote services?

Yes, we can make your Bill of Material (BoM) quotation in a few days after we get a BoM enquiry request.

Return Policy

Feng Yun electronics does not accept liability to product return requests if it is not due to quality reasons. Please check all the delivered packages of your orders soon after arrival, if you find any issue, please contact customer service support.

Return requests should be submitted on priority, and not later than 30 days from the date of reception of item.  Please send complete details of your package including order number, pictures of products, and problem descriptions.

If your package did not arrive timely and get lost in transit, Insurance service will refund. The delivery time can be affected by several factors such as the weather, post office delay, customs clearance, local unrest, epidemics, and other force majeure factors. In that case, we will not accept any liability for the delay caused but will provide all possible support needed.

We won’t refund, if products are returned without prior authorization due to any other reasons not covered, the return cost will be paid by customers.
