The SATADOM-SH 3TE7 utilizes the latest SATA III (6.0GHz) Marvell NAND controller, ensuring lightning-fast data transfer rates. Innodisk’s exclusive L³ architecture combines L² architecture (Long Life) with LDPC (Low Density Parity Check). L² architecture reduces write amplification factor (WAF) and features real-time wear leveling, enhancing lifespan and reliability. The module supports standard features like TRIM, NCQ, and S.M.A.R.T., making it ideal for various industrial applications. Innodisk’s firmware customization service ensures flexibility. The SATADOM-SH 3TE7 uses the SATA connector itself as a power supply (Pin 8), eliminating the need for external power cables. It can be directly connected to the SATA on-board socket without additional wiring. Available in both standard grade (0°C ~ +70°C) and industrial grade (-40°C ~ +85°C) versions, the module operates reliably in extreme temperatures.
